The statler has closed... My heart aches

I took this in mid December. This is the foyer of the statler! Look at
how grand this is. There is so much beauty and detail and now, due to
bankrupcy, it has closed it's doors and they are boarding up the
windows.
This is a sad day in buffalo history. Something has to be done or this
is going to turn into the central terminal.
