I GRADUATED!
It was a ton of hard work and dedication. I am really exhausted. I am so thankful for all of my friends, mentors, family, Joe, my cats, Lynne and everyone else who has helped me push along and get here.

The lyth cottage

The house is a real beauty. It's sad to see it is in such disrepair..
Or even worse to know there were two houses just like it that have
been torn down. It's a real gem.
Matt has a great, easy going attitude for the house and I think that
will work out well. In a time where it can seem daunting and crazy to
be renovating a house of this scale, he is hopeful and totally in love
with the situation. He even planted blue berry bushes! (third picture)
It is a charming house for a charming gentleman.
